Counteracting dynamical degradation of a class of digital chaotic systems via Unscented Kalman Filter and perturbation

Abstract Theoretically, any chaotic system or map has ideal complex dynamics. However, because of the finite precision simulation software and digital devices during implementation, systems often undergo dynamical degradation, which hinders further application in many fields. Therefore this paper, method based on perturbation Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) theory is designed to counteract degradation systems. Specifically, UKF algorithm employed reinstate original dynamic performance system, then feedback technology used cause obtain strong resist attacks. The experimental results demonstrate that good effect improving map. In addition, corresponding pseudorandom number generator (PRNG) constructed via method, its randomness evaluated using National Institute Standards Technology (NIST) SP800-22 TestU01 test suites. By comparing with other schemes, it can be seen PRNG better illustrates proposed scheme applied chaos-based cryptography utilized potential applications.
